Property Appraisal Procedures Manual

Wayne County has undergone a county-wide revaluation. Everything is going extremely well” according to Tax Appraiser, Ralph O’Quinn. “The revaluation is to re-align values using the Appraisers Procedures Manual in accordance with State of Georgia, not just to raise taxes.

In an effort to make things more efficient for everyone, we have put the Wayne County property records online. You can view: aerial photographs, property record cards, owners, deed, building, size and digital photos of each property and structure. Click here.

See the Property Taxes page to learn how your property is appraised, taxed and what your rights as a taxpayer are if you have questions about your values.
